Our work focuses on supporting nervous system regulation, emotional processing, including sensory challenges, ADHD, autism, and anxiety.
Sessions are available both in person and virtually.
We offer individual therapy designed around the person, not a fixed method. Some clients benefit from equine-assisted work, others from somatic, art therapy techniques, or IFS parts work yoga. Most experience a blend, depending on what their nervous system needs.

We offer groups using the following modalities: Equine assisted therapy, dog assisted therapy, art therapy, sensory swim and in person gaming therapy social connection groups. Groups incorporate mindfulness, neural & sensory resetting, bilateral stimulation, social skills, anger management & anything else that cohort needs. We are committed to designing groups based on the current need of the cohort. We don’t do pre planned “cookie cutter” groups because that doesn’t address current struggles of the cohort. Groups are kept small (under 8 participants) and run about 6-8 weeks. Summer groups include sensory swim for 90 minutes. Screenings are done to ensure the group is a good fit prior to forming the cohort.
Prices range from $80-130 per group based on the activities & staff leading the group.
Our retreat experiences are offered seasonally, with a summer series running from May through September and a winter series from December through February.
These retreats are designed to provide a deeper level of support through a combination of somatic healing practices, sensorimotor psychology, anxiety releasing, and social connection.
