Our Retreats
Summer Series May-Sept Winter series Dec-Feb
Psycho-eduational & Group Therapy
is offered on Wednesdays & Fridays
throughout the entire year!
- Littles group is ages 5-8
- Tween group is ages 9-13
- Teen group is ages 14-19
- Young adult group is ages 20+
Groups involve mindfulness, neural resetting, bilateral reprocessing, social skills, anger management & whatever else the group needs. We are committed to designing groups based on the current need of the cohort. We don’t do pre planned “cookie cutter” groups because that doesn’t address current struggles of the cohort. Groups are kept small and run about 8-10 weeks. Summer groups include sensory swim.
